Billy, Marci & Cayler Laye - Laye Ranch, Bashaw, AB - Click image to enlargeMarci & Billy Laye have long been involved in the western lifestyle, mainly through professional rodeo. Marci, a many time Canadian Finals Rodeo Barrel Racing qualifier, earned Season Leader in 1981, was the 1986 Copenhagen/Dodge Truck Champion and twice won Horse of the Year with her great barrel horse, BJ.

Billy has 13 CFR Bareback Riding qualifications to his credit and 3 National Finals Rodeo qualifications. The 1991 Canadian Bareback Champion, Billy also won the '91 Calgary Stampede $50,000 Championship.

Both Billy and Marci have instructed clinics in their particular events. Married in 1981, the couple have one son, Cayler. The Laye family resides in central Alberta near Bashaw.
